We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of legal representation and pride ourselves on our ability to obtain the best possible results for every one of our clients. Our focus, from the outset, has been to build and maintain relationships and most importantly trust with all of our clients and to be there for them, no matter what their needs may be.

Both Lowell and Craig were raised in Central New Jersey and dedicate their practice to Fighting for Justice! Lowell, Craig and their entire staff are committed to achieving the maximum recovery for each and every client that we have the privilege to represent. With nearly 50 years of combined legal experience, we provide our clients with passionate, zealous and unrelenting representation both inside and outside a courtroom.

The law is a service industry but too many attorneys lose sight of the most crucial element of the practice – their clients. Some attorneys take a case based solely on its value and ignore the human element and how the case has affected your life. They let you, the most important part of the case, fall out of the loop and you spend years speaking to their assistants and paralegals trying to get answers. Both Craig Borgen and Lowell Miller personally manage each stage of litigation. They have a policy of frequent and open communication with each and every client. You will always know how your case is progressing, and it is their goal that you understand the legal process.
